 Units for controlling the quality of education were instituted at all the HEI’s of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the decree (Number 515, July 18, 2017) of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On establishing the activity of the inspection unit for controlling the quality of education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

 

 The main purpose of the department comprises continuous analysis of the correspondence of the students’ knowledge to the state standards of training, monitoring of the quality of training, establishing internal attestation of the institute and as the result detecting, eliminating as well as preventing the negative factors impacting on the quality of education.

The main tasks of the department are as followings:

  1. 1. Analytical revision of the work plans of faculties, departments and respective units.

  3. 2. Deliberate assessment of the legal acts on carrying out attestation as well as accreditation by attracting internal experts and submission to the state inspection.
  4.  
  5. 3. Assessment of the level of provision with state standards of training, practice requirements, academic plans, course plans and etc.

  7. 4. Study of accomplishment of the teachers’ work plan.
  8.  
  9. 5. Study of the level of provision of the specializations with the textbooks as well as materials on the basis of Information resource center and departments.

  11. 6. Study of the academic qualification of the professors.
  12.  
  13. 7. Analytical study of the quality of open lessons carried out by professors of the institute.

  15. 8. Study of the presence of self-study process at the departments. 
  16.  
  17. 9. Analysis of the grading process of the students’ knowledge based on the results of the examinations. (Assessment of the correspondence, transparency and quality of the grades).

  19. 10. Analysis of the work with talented students of the institute.
